Get case keys from main menu in game or the market. You pay for the operation, all missions are free, you also get cases and skin drops from a limited collection. But dont buy the keys if you want a skin just buy it from the market.

This question seems to be a couple years old and as many people have already answered it, you can only get “missions” during operations. There’s exactly no way of knowing exactly when an operation will drop but they usually go on for about 2–3 months and you have to buy an operation pass for that for which you get an operation coin.

You only get missions during operations and if you bought the operation pass. Atm there is no operation, Operation Wildfire ended about a month ago.
